Like many, we've been longing for that Aussie chicken salt vibe right here in the UK. So, we embarked on a quest to whip it up. We knew it wouldn't be easy but someone had to do it.

We smuggled as much chicken salt as we could find and tasted them all. So. much. salt. So. many. chips.

Like magic, we gathered our favourite bits from here and there. It took a lot of back of forth to get the balance right with our team of food science wizards (us!).

We made sure it tasted like chicken without any real chicken. We couldn't feel our tongue at times. But hey, heavy lies the crown.
